Screen-printing is a method in which ink is applied directly to the surface to be printed. The image to be printed is photographically transferred to the screen and the non-printing areas are blocked off. The ink is wiped across the screen to pass through the unblocked pores and reach the surface. For each color to be printed a separate screen is prepared and the process is repeated.
Direct to Garment (DTG)
Direct-to- garment (DTG) is a fabric printing method that prints an image directly onto a garment or fabric through what is essentially a modified version of a traditional inkjet printer. Think of a regular inkjet printer, which has been modified to print on garments instead of paper. *Our DTG printer only prints on light garments
